I was so sorry to read of your recent loss I have had loss as well. I have been able to find both hope and comfort in Revelation 21:3,4. A beautiful promise from God of a time with no pain or death. I hope that you can find comfort as well. My sympathy, B Altman

I am so sorry to not have been able to attend the funeral. The weather conflicted with the days I was available. Prayers and blessings to you all.

"May the angels lead him into paradise. May the martyrs take him to Jerusalem, the Holy City. And may he, with the once poor Lazarus, find rest everlasting."-Anonymous

Mr. Mailki was my first Cub Scout and Boy Scoutmaster. I knew him to be a top-notch leader and devoted to Scouting. I thank Mr. Mailki for his time guiding me along Scouting's trail, and know that without his early influence, I would not have attained the rank of Eagle Scout.

My deepest and most heartfelt sympathies to the entire Mailki family. He was a great man, and of this, you must be proud. Cherish his memory, and keep his legacy alive through your good works.
Rest in peace Mr. Mailki. Until we meet again, Chad A. McCutcheon

Dear Mailki Family,

I am originally from Freeport and read the obituaries each day online. I did not know Mr. Mailki, but having just read his obituary I was compelled to write you. What a legacy he left from his time on earth. His community involvement and service to others is just incredible. You surely have much to smile about and be proud of when you remember your fine husband, father, grandfather and brother. Our world needs more people like James Mailki. God Bless his soul.

Sincerely,
Paul E. White
