Ralph Lee Kuhn Jr., 83, of Allegheny Township, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022, in his residence.

A son of the late Ralph L. Kuhn and Janet (Grimmenstein) Kuhn, he was born January 5, 1939 in Rosedale, PA.

Ralph had worked as a foreman with Kuhn Construction for 42 years; as well as being owner/operator of Crossroads Inn & Motel in Allegheny Township for over 37 years.  He was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Leechburg.  Ralph enjoyed buying classic cars, spending time with his family, and especially attending his grandchildren’s sporting events.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, L. Diane (Miller) Kuhn of Allegheny Township; a son, Scott A. Kuhn (Michelle) of Allegheny Township; a daughter-in-law, Diana R. Kuhn of Allegheny Township; five grandchildren, Shane (Lea), Chad, Chase, Troy, Carlee Kuhn; brothers, Donald Kuhn (Sarah Jayne) of Penn Hills, Jimmy Kuhn (Ellen) of Florida; sisters-in-law, Linda Kuhn of Virginia and Kathy Kuhn of Plum.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Shawn L. Kuhn in 2021; and brothers, Dale and Dwight Kuhn.

Friends will be welcomed by his family on Wednesday, Aug. 31, from 3-8 p.m. at the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main St., Leechburg, 724-842-1051.  Additional visitation will be held on Thursday, Sept. 1, from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home prior to funeral ceremonies beginning at 11 a.m., with the Rev. James V. Arter III officiating.  Entombment will held at Greenwood Mausoleum in Lower Burrell immediately following services.
