Monica K. (Miskinis) Oglietti, 72, of Leechburg, PA, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024, in her residence.

A daughter of the late Walter Miskinis and Kathleen (Richardson) Miskinis, she was born on January 3, 1952, in New Kensington, PA.

Monica had been employed as a legal secretary by United States Fidelity & Guarantee Insurance Company of California for over 30 years before retiring.  She was a member of the Leechburg Marconi Club and a past president of the Ladies’ Auxiliary.  Monica enjoyed rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs as a fan, traveling to her brother’s camp in the mountains, and trying her luck at the casinos.  A favorite of hers was spending time with her grandkids, especially taking them to concerts.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, John E. Oglietti of Leechburg; a daughter, Yvette Oglietti of Leechburg; two granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Dan Miskinis (Suzanne) of Gilpin Township.

There will be no public visitation or funeral ceremonies.  Private arrangements have been entrusted to the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main St., Leechburg, 724-842-1051.
