Marlene Schall Obituary

Marlene D. (Glass) Schall, 86, of West Leechburg, PA, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at UPMC St. Margaret Hospital in Aspinwall.

A daughter of the late Elmer Glass and Alice (Northrup) Glass, she was born October 23, 1936, in Leechburg, PA.

Marlene was a homemaker and member of the First United Methodist Church in Leechburg. She enjoyed going to casinos, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her son, Bobby M. Schall Jr. (Bonnie) of Leechburg, PA; a daughter, Kim Kowalski (Ray) of New Kensington, PA; five grandchildren, Missy Newell (Nate), Mandy Suchevich (Erik), Jenna Nemet (Cullan), Breanna Schall, Jason Schall; four great-grandchildren, Paxton, Clara, Lily and Kenzie; brothers, Kenny Glass of Butler, David Glass (Connie) of Butler; a sister, Martha Jane Gauker of Vandergrift; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Bobby M. Schall Sr. in 2017; and brothers, Elmer, Robert and Richard Glass.

Arrangements are private and have been entrusted to the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main Street, Leechburg (724-842-1051). Interment will be private at the convenience of her family.
