Mark A. Geminetti, 71, of Tarentum, formerly of Leechburg, PA, passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights.
A son of the late Antonio Geminetti and Dolores (Jenkins) Geminetti, he was born June 22, 1950, in New Kensington, PA.
Mark worked as a truck driver for Allegheny Ludlum for over 35 years. He was a member of the Evangel Heights Assembly of God Church in Sarver for over 20 years, participating in the church’s choir as a bass voice and in the annual Passion Play for Easter. Mark enjoyed renovating houses for family members and starting house projects. He also loved to do crossword puzzles in the daily paper, as well as making wine with Sandra. What Mark loved most was spending time with family.
Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Sandra (Baylor) Geminetti; two sons, Mark A. Geminetti, Jr. (Jennifer) of Leechburg, Tony E. Geminetti of Kittanning; one daughter, Kimberli Mitchell (Thomas Fitch) of Fayettville, WV; five grandchildren, John Forte (Lacey Girard), Nathan Forte, Ian Forte, Cameron Paulik (Curtis), Natalie Geminetti; three great-grandchildren, Brooks Forte, Bella Forte, Roman Paulik; five brothers, Perry Geminetti (Marianne) of Leechburg, Tim Geminetti (Anita) of Natrona Heights, Geno Geminetti (Kim) of Philadelphia, Victor Geminetti (Mary Jane) of Penn Hills, Darren Geminetti (Linda) of Slate Lick; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be welcomed by his family on Monday, Dec. 20, 2021 from 2-4 p.m. at the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main Street, Leechburg (724-842-1051). A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022 at the Evangel Heights Assembly of God, 120 Beale Road, Sarver, PA 16055.
