Larry Duane Righi, 70, of Gilpin Township, PA, passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Quality Life Services-Apollo in Washington Township.
A son of Nello Righi and Lillian (Smith) Righi, he was born July 30, 1951, in Natrona Heights.
Larry had been employed as a roll grinder by Allegheny Ludlum Steel in West Leechburg before retirement. He was a member of the Assembly of God. Larry enjoyed fishing, painting and drawing, gardening, playing his guitar, breeding Dobermans and riding his motorcycle.
Survivors include his parents of Gilpin Township; his wife, Linda (Rosenbaum) Righi of Gilpin Township; three sons, Harmony Righi of Gilpin Township, Tony Righi of Gilpin Township, Tim Righi of Gilpin Township; a daughter, Jessie Hall of Apollo; five grandchildren, Haylie Ortmann (Theo), Nicholas Hall, Savannah Hall, Caliope Righi, Richie Righi; two great-grandchildren, Bently Ortmann, Vivian Ortmann; two sisters, Patti Taylor of Gilpin Township and Lisa Davis (Clay) of Leechburg.
There will be no public visitation or funeral ceremonies. The Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main Street, Leechburg (724-842-1051) has been entrusted with all private arrangements. Condolences to the Righi family may be offered at www.clawsonfuneralhome.com.
