Kevin G. Beecher Obituary

Kevin G. Beecher, 71, of Allegheny Township, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2026, at Quality Life Services -Sugar Creek in Worthington.


A son of the late H. Glenn Beecher and Helen R. (Zimmerman) Beecher, he was born April 10, 1954, in New Kensington, PA.


Kevin was a U.S. Army veteran having served during the Vietnam era.  For 26 years, he had been employed as a mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in New Kensington retiring in 2014.  He was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Leechburg.  Kevin liked to work on small engines, and other mechanical projects.  Cars were a hobby of his and attending car shows with his favorite car being the Mustang.  He loved the time he spent with his family the most.


He is survived by a son, Kevin L. Beecher of Allegheny Township; two grandchildren, Carrigan and Kayla Beecher; and a brother, Mark K. Beecher (Ann) of Parkersburg, WV.


In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Christine A. Wells and Jennifer Foley


Private arrangements have been entrusted to the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main St., Leechburg, 724-842-1051.  Private interment will be held at Brookland Cemetery in Allegheny Township at the convenience of the family.
