Janet N. Stull, 88, of Leechburg, PA, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024 at Pine View Personal Care.  The youngest daughter of Daniel Fremont Myers and Lillian “Lillie” May (Varner) Myers, she was born on March 11, 1936 in New Kensington.  She married Theodore “Ted” Stull in 1953 and raised a family of three children in Gilpin Township.

A loving wife and mother, she also served as a Cub Scout den mother, a church children’s ministry teacher, worked as a cook at the Gilpin Elementary School and served as the Armstrong County Voter Registrar.  She and her family were dedicated members of the Church of God in Vandergrift until she and Ted retired to Glendale Arizona in 1993.  Janet enjoyed nurturing and supporting her family, cooking and baking. 

Survivors include the following: sons, Curtis “Curt” Stull (Margie) of Leechburg, PA, Kevin Stull (Dianna) of Liberty Hill, TX, and daughter, Wendy Stull of Belleaire Bluff, FL; grandchildren, Lora Verner (Shawn) of Leechburg, PA, Robert Stull of Dubuque, IA, Christopher “Chris” Stull and Kathryn Stull of Liberty Hill, TX, and Chantel Stull of Austin, TX; great-grandchildren, Luke Verner (Marisa), Tessa Seibert (Shon), Tatum Verner, Falyn Verner and Eli Verner, all of Leechburg, PA; great-great-grandchildren, Knox Seibert, Lennon Verner and Opal Seibert, all of Leechburg, PA; brother, Norman Myers of Upper Burrell, PA; and sisters-in-law, Alice Myers of Arizona and Asami Myers of Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents (Daniel & Lillie Myers), her husband (Ted Stull), five brothers and sisters, and nine stepbrothers and stepsisters.

Friends and family are invited to attend the visitation from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 23, 2024, and the Celebration of Life service from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 24, at the Clawson Funeral and Cremation Center, 170 Main St., Leechburg, 724-842-1051.  Reverend Lee Rupert will officiate the service followed by interment at Evergreen Cemetery, 620 Evergreen Road, Gilpin Township.  A luncheon will follow at Christ the King Church, 125 Park Road, Leechburg, PA.  Donations in her name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater PA Chapter, 2835 E.
