James J. Feeney

James J. Feeney, 73, of Gilpin Township, passed away on December 20, 2020 at Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights.

The son of the late John W. “Jawbones” Feeney and Helen Ann (Zeigler) Feeney, he was born on November 28, 1947.

James was an avid fisherman, and could often be found during trout season out in the river. He also enjoyed tending to his garden.

He is survived by one son, David J. Feeney (Lisa) of Apollo; one daughter, Jennifer Grinchuk (Darren) of Natrona Heights; four grandchildren, Chelsea Grinchuk, Tori Grinchuk, Sydney Grinchuk , and Ryan Feeney; one brother John W. Feeney (Lorraine) of Salem, Ohio

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Susan L. (Porter) Feeney in October 2015; a brother, Eugene Feeney.
