George William Oberdorf, 46, of Youngstown, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio.

A son of the late George Peter Oberdorf and Sally Joan (Noonan) Oberdorf, he was born on August 25, 1978, in Natrona Heights, PA.

George had most recently been employed as a grocery team leader by Meijer Grocery Store in Warren, Ohio for a few years.  He was of the Catholic faith.  He enjoyed singing, and was an animal lover with his favorite being monkeys.  George was an active member of the LGBTQ+ community.

Survivors include his brother, Randy Gibbon (Cindy) of West Leechburg; sisters, Kelly Antoniono of Niles, Ohio, and Tracy Hohos (William) of Pittsburgh; a nephew; and numerous nieces.

Friends will be welcomed by his family for visitation on Friday, November 15, 2024 from 4-7 p.m. at the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main St., Leechburg, 724-842-1051. Private interment will be made in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Allegheny Township.
