Elda I. Kostiuk (Milne), 92, of Allison Park, formerly of Apollo, passed away Friday, December 26, 2025, at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless.

A daughter of the late Severine Roman and Agnes (Carletto) Roman, she was born March 5, 1933, in Natrona Heights, PA.

Elda had been employed by Graham Packaging in New Kensington for over 20 years working as a production worker and union president before retiring in 1995.  She was a member of Christ the King Parish in Gilpin Township and the Leechburg Marconi Club Ladies Auxiliary and Bocci League.  She volunteered for Meals on Wheels in Vandergrift.  Elda enjoyed dancing, playing cards, cooking, and painting.  But her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her cherished grandchildren.

She is survived by her five children, Jeffrey Kostiuk (Antigone) of Leechburg, Gregory Kostiuk (Cris) of Kiski Township, Keith Kostiuk (Ann) of Mountain Top, Corinne Jacob (Fred) of Allison Park, Cindy McDermott (Mark) of Gibsonia; eight grandchildren, Matthew Jacob (Ashley), Adam Jacob, Bruno Kostiuk (Carly), Allison McDermott (Karalyn), Sean McDermott (Jamie), Alex Kostiuk (Madison), Aaron Kostiuk, Ryan Kostiuk; three great-grandchildren, Rocco Kostiuk, Freddie Jacob, Liam Kostiuk; three sisters-in-law, Sylvia Kostiuk, Beverly Roman, Diana Cockrell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Dean J. Kostiuk in 1989; her second husband, George Milne in 2018; and siblings, Mario Roman, William Roman, Mary Christofretti.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, beginning at 11 a.m. at Christ the King Parish, 125 Park Road in Gilpin Township, with the Rev. Alan N. Polczynski as celebrant.   Private interment will be held at St. Catherine Cemetery in Gilpin Township. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main St., Leechburg, 724-842-1051. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Elda are suggested to Highpointe at Concordia, 1871 Highpointe Lane, Allison Park, PA  15101.
