Doris Jean (Oakley) Stull, 84, of Hyde Park, PA, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 in her residence.
A daughter of the late Harold C. Oakley and Caroline (Lienhard) Oakley, she was born February 17, 1936 in Bellevue (Allegheny County), PA.
Doris had owned and operated the “Happy Day” restaurant in Leechburg for many years. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, solving crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family and friends. She was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include her husband, Leland Stull of Hyde Park; sons, George R. Hammond (Karen) of Cranberry Township, David W. Hammond (Lisa – who took loving care of Doris in her final days) of Greenville, SC, Paul E. Hammond (Vallerie) of Parker; step daughters, Cindy Newman (David) of Butler; Lori Shaw (Ed) of Leechburg, Sandi Raymond of Fort Lauderdale, FL; step son, Randy Stull (Ricki) of Owatoona, MN; grandchildren, Lindsay Heindenreich, Jared Hammond, Mason Hammond; step grandchildren, Danielle Sharps, Amanda Herron, Melissa Thompson, Kristofer Hammond, Elliott Hammond, Jami Womer, Scott Klingensmith, Jeremy Shaw, Jason Shaw, Christy Seykora, Cathey Stull, Randy Stull Jr.; great-grandchildren, Lena and Seth Heindenreich, Hayden Hammond; step great-grandchildren, Matthew and Nathan Thompson, Abbi and Owen Hammond, Anthony Seykora, A.J. Stull, Ashley Stull, Chloe Wolmer; as well as numerous other step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Harold C. Oakley Jr.
There will be no public visitation or funeral ceremonies. Private interment will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Allegheny Township at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main Street, Leechburg (724-842-1051). Memorial donations may be made to the Susan G.
