Donna J. (Bruner) Bills, 95, of Gilpin Township, passed away Monday, November 10, 2025, at Westminster Place in Oakmont.

A daughter of the late Park Bruner and Velma (Gosser) Bruner, she was born September 20, 1930, in Gilpin Township, PA.

Donna had worked as a CNA at St. Margaret Hospital in Pittsburgh for 16 years before retiring in 1999.  She was a member of the Kiski Valley Community Church in Leechburg.  Donna volunteered for the Freeport Meals on Wheels program.  She enjoyed attending Bible study, gardening, traveling, and most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Jeffrey Carney of Gilpin Township, Dennis Carney of Gilpin Township, Joseph Carney of Gilpin Township, Leonard Carney of Kittanning, and Belinda Szarek (Richard) of Gilpin Township; grandchildren, Melissa (Szarek) Zoldak, Matthew Szarek (Alicia); great-grandchildren, Nevaeh Zoldak, Henry Szarek, Gunnar Szarek; and great-great-grandchild, Wrenlee Patterson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald Carney, and her second husband, Leroy R. Bills; sons, Mark and Curtis Carney; brother, Dwight Bruner; sisters, Marlene White and Irene Morse.
