David K. Riggle

David K. Riggle, 81, of Leechburg, passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Pleasant Ridge Assisted Living in Allegheny Township.

A son of the late Marshall Wade Riggle and Alverda Jane (Wright) Riggle Crofutt, he was born on November 30, 1940 in Leechburg, PA.

David was employed as a general foreman by Allegheny Ludlum Steel in West Leechburg for over 30 years before retirement.  He was a veteran having served honorably in the U.S. Army.  David was of the Christian faith.  He enjoyed going to the casinos, and watching car racing, especially NASCAR.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Patricia A. (Grantz) Riggle of Leechburg; two daughters, Denise L. Kish (Jon) of Allegheny Township and Diane R. O’Neill of Leechburg; three grandsons, Andrew Kish (Caitlin), Bradley Kish, Riley O’Neill; four great-granddaughters, Sadie, Allison, Jessa, Charlotte Kish; a brother, William Riggle (Karen) of Palmyra; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Dale Riggle and Alan Crofutt; a sister, Carol Eldred; and brother-in-law, Jim Eldred.

The Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main St., Leechburg, 724-842-1051 has been entrusted with private arrangements.  Interment will be held at Greenwood Memorial Park in Lower Burrell.
