Bonnie Zinn Obituary

Bonnie L. (Couch) Zinn, 72, of Leechburg, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024, in her residence.

A daughter of the late Trafford Noble Couch and Marian Eleanor (Race) Couch, she was born February 4, 1952 in Kittanning, PA.

Bonnie had been employed as a cashier by Giant Eagle in Allegheny Township before retiring in 2019. She had previously worked as an associate at Lee’s Lanes Bowling Alley for over 20 years. Bonnie was a member of Kiski Unity Free Methodist in Allegheny Township. She enjoyed watching wrestling, the Steelers and Pirates, and bowling.

Survivors include her son, Brian K. Farster of Apollo; a grandson, Colton A. Farster; a brother, Jeep Couch of Leechburg; a sister, Patty J. Barto of Kiskimere; and a cousin, Candice “Candy” Freshwater (Ron) of Leechburg.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Zinn; and a brother, Walter Couch.

Private arrangements have been entrusted to the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main St., Leechburg, 724-842-1051. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
