Barbara Hack Obituary

Barbara J. Hack, of Leechburg, PA, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021 in her residence.

A daughter of the late Leroy Smith and Ruth V. (Shroyer) Smith, she was born November 27, 1957, in New Kensington.

Barbara was a homemaker and member of the Leechburg Sokol Club #255.

Survivors include two sons and a daughter, William L. Klems (Kaylyn) of Lower Burrell, Christy Pittman (David) of Leechburg; Eric J. Hack (Michelle) of Leechburg; eight grandchildren, Danetta Gift, Christian Hack, Rachel Pittman, Maggie Hack, Grant Pittman, Leroy Klems, Carson Granado, Michael Klems; a brother, Gerald Smith of Leechburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell P. Hack in January 2003.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main Street, Leechburg (724-842-1051). Private interment will be held at Greenwood Memorial Park in Lower Burrell at the convenience of the family.
