Anthony Michael Brandt, 20, of Leechburg, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, in his residence.

A son of Joseph Brandt and Dorcie (Shoemaker) Shawley, he was born April 26, 2002 in Pittsburgh, PA.

Anthony was a 2020 graduate of Leechburg High School and had attended the University of Pittsburgh Greensburg Campus for a year.  He had been employed as a sales associate at the Giant Eagle in Allegheny Township.  Anthony enjoyed attending concerts, gaming, anime, Star Wars, watching Rick & Morty, and collecting Magic the Gathering Cards and Pokemon Cards.

Survivors include his father, Joseph of Monroeville; his mother and stepfather, Dorcie (Don Shawley) of Vandergrift; a sister, Samantha Brandt of West Leechburg; paternal grandparents, Joseph and Theresa Brandt; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Tracey Shoemaker; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, including – uncles, Kenny Shoemaker (Melissa) and Donny Shoemaker (Erin), cousins, Natalie Synan (Tim), Abby, Mitchel, Lincoln and Jet Shoemaker.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, Michael John Brandt.

Friends will be welcomed by his family on Monday, October 31, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main St., Leechburg, 724-842-1051.  Funeral ceremonies and interment will be private.
