Pearl L. (Corna) Miller

Pearl L. (Corna) Miller, 84, of Allegheny Twp., PA, passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at The Willows Senior Care in Oakmont.

A daughter of the late John Corna and Ida (Toriano) Corna, she was born April 5, 1934 in Hyde Park, PA.

Pearl was a Leechburg High School graduate and member of St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church in Vandergrift.  She had been employed as a sales associate with the former Miller’s Market in Vandergrift.  Pearl enjoyed flower gardening, sewing and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband of 57 years, H. Eugene Miller of Allegheny Twp., PA; her daughter, Lori J. (Miller) Rosensteel (Harry, Esq.) of Allegheny Twp., PA; two grandchildren, Adam and Emma Rosensteel; a brother, John Corna (Patricia) of Vandergrift, PA; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Louis J. Corna; and two sisters, Rose DeBiasio and Mary Bonello.

Friends welcomed by her family on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main Street, Leechburg (724-842-1051).  Parting Prayers of Transfer will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, June 6, at the funeral home, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church, 303 Franklin Ave., Vandergrift, with the Reverend Arnel Estrella as celebrant.  Interment following at Greenwood Memorial Park, 104 Melwood Rd., Lower Burrell.
