Dear Emily - We are so very sorry about Stan. We cannot convey to you how much your friendship has meant over the years. Even though we haven't seen each other in a while, it's good to know we can count on friends like you. I am in Colorado visiting our daughter, Suzanne, so we are extremely upset that we couldn't attend the funeral. Please know that we are thinking of you and your family. Love, Rick and Carol

Emily, Joe, Connie and Family: Even though we have not seen you Emily and Stan in 50+ years, just after we return from Korea, keeping in touch by phone and mail has been a blessing. Stay strong. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all. God speed Stan.

Stan was such a sweet and compassionate man. It was a pleasure to have known him. I remember when my Sam passed away how much it meant to me to have both of you offer your help. He will be greatly missed.
