Paula Ann (Kish) Beekman, 63, of Kittanning, PA, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville.

A daughter of the late Paul J. Kish and Elizabeth I. (Mann) Kish, she was born February 28, 1953, in New Kensington, PA, Westmoreland County.

Paula was a nurse for 20 years.  She was a member of St. Mary, Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish in Kittanning and the Catholic Daughters of America.  Paula enjoyed cooking, crafts, bingo, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins games, being with her family and spending time with her soul mate John Repak.

Survivors include a son, Shawn Boylstein (Leanna) of LaPort, Indiana; a daughter, Melissa Strain (Raymond) of Hammond, Indiana; two grandchildren, Raymond Strain & Haley Kniola; a brother, Jon Kish (Denise) of Leechburg, PA; her stepmother, Mary L. Kish of Sarver, PA; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Richard, Alan and Steven Kish.

Friends welcomed by her family on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main Street, Leechburg (724-842-1051) where funeral ceremonies will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday with the Reverend James H. Loew, O.S.B. officiating.  Interment following at Greenwood Memorial Park, 104 Melwood Road, Lower Burrell.
