Kay A. (Jones) Leech, 76, of Allegheny Township, PA, formerly of Leechburg, PA, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2015, in Good Samaritan Hospice Cabot Inpatient Unit at Concordia, Jefferson Township, PA.

Born February 9, 1939, in Natrona Heights, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edmund Marlin "Pete" and Nellie I. (Shaner) Jones.

Kay was a customer service representative for TCI Cable, Pittsburgh, PA, and later serving as an auditor for Gilpin Township from 1991-1997. Recently, she was employed by Sprankles IGA, Leechburg, PA. A member of Hebron Evangelical Lutheran Church, Leechburg, PA, where she was a member of the church choir and also on the church council; WELCA; Gilpin/Leechburg Park Board; and a former member of the Gilpin Township Firemen's Auxiliary. She was a 1956 graduate of Leechburg High School. Kay enjoyed reading, and spending time with her family, grandchildren, and great grandsons.

Survivors include her son, Terry W. Leech (Shelley), of Gilpin Township, PA; her two daughters, Kathi E. Garrone, of West Leechburg, PA, and Dianne E. Klingensmith (David), of Gilpin Township, PA; seven grandchildren, Michael J. Garrone (Francine), Kristie E. Vacanti (David), Melissa D. Klingensmith, Robert D. Klingensmith (Ashley), Kelly N. Klingensmith, Tara L. Leech, and Tyler J. Leech; and five great grandsons.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Leech, who passed away on September 21, 2006; and her sister, Karen Henderson.

Friends welcomed by her family on Wednesday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main Street, Leechburg (724/842-1051) and on Thursday from 10-11 AM at Hebron Evangelical Lutheran Church, 201 Main Street, Leechburg, PA, where funeral ceremonies will be held at 11 AM, with the Rev.
