Survivors include a son, George R. 'Rick' Sinka (Linda) of Leechburg PA; a daughter, Sandra S. Adamski (Paul) of Sarver PA; 3 grandchildren, Aaron Sinka, Leslie Paczynski and Nicholas Adamski; a brother, Albert Nagy (Sandy) of Kokomo IN; and a sister, Olga Gamble of LaPlata MD.

Preceded in death by her husband, George Sinka on December 31, 1979; a grandson, Jason Sinka in 2004; her parents, Bert and Susan (Nagy) Nagy; brothers, Andrew, Nick and William Nagy; and a sister, Margaret Krivak.

At the request of the family the interment will be private.
