He is survived by his mother, Mildred (Smail) Hoch, of Leechburg; his son, Steve A. Hoch (Kathryn), of Leechburg; his brother, Dean Hoch (Deborah), of Gilpin Township; two grandchildren, Grace and Marshall; and his loving fiancee, Lynn Prunty, of South Leechburg.

He was preceded in death by his father, Theodore K. Hoch.

At the request of Mr. Hoch, there will be no public visitation or funeral ceremonies.  Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
