Helen Dene (Knox) Miller, 90, of Owatonna, MN, formerly of Leechburg, PA, passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at The Brooks Assisted Living in Owatonna, MN.

The daughter of the late Abe Knox and Nora (Hatfield) Knox, she was born July 10, 1927, in Whitwell, TN.

Helen enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She loved playing bingo, sewing, crafts and visiting with friends and family.

She is survived by her children:  Alice (Jake) Tripplehorn, Gerald (Nelda) Miller, Virginia Stuchel, George Miller, Dena Miller, Richene (Randy) Stull; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and beloved husband of 50 years, George R. Miller.

Friends welcomed by her family on Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main Street, Leechburg (724-842-1051) where funeral ceremonies will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, Sept. 15, with the Reverend Jerrad R. Peterman officiating.  Interment following at Hill (Emmanuel) Cemetery, Hills Church Road, Export.
