David L. Snyder, 79, of Markle, PA, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 in his residence.

A son of the late Burdette Edward Snyder and Dora A. (Claypool) Snyder, he was born October 18, 1938, in Kittanning, PA.

David had been employed as an electrician for Alcoa in New Kensington for 34 years before retirement.  He was a 1956 graduate of Leechburg High School and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.  David enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Unpok (Yu) Snyder of Markle, PA; a daughter, Jerri Montesanti of Florida; two grandchildren, Anna Elizabeth and Giovanni Thomas.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service to be held at 11 AM on Saturday December 9, 2017, at the Pittsburgh Korean Assembly of God, 308 Garden City Dr., Monroeville, PA 15146, with the Reverend Young S. Cho officiating.  Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
