Daniel W. Diebold, 61, of Leechburg, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2016 in his residence.

A son of the late Walter Diebold and Lynn Diebold, he was born January 17, 1955, in Chicago, Illinois.

Dan was the owner/operator of Dan’s T.V. and Appliance in Leechburg for 32 years.  He enjoyed fishing, boating, camping and gardening.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Karen (Fondrk) Diebold of Leechburg, PA; a son, Michael W. Diebold and fiancé Danielle Reinke and daughter Gracie of Leechburg, PA; a brother-in-law, Joe Fondrk of Vandergrift, PA; and he was expecting his first grandchild.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Marie Diebold.

Friends welcomed by his family on Monday, August 29, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main Street, Leechburg (724-842-1051) where funeral ceremonies will be held at 8:00 PM following visitation, with the Reverend James H. Loew, O.S.B. officiating.  Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
