Bobby M. Schall Sr., 84, of West Leechburg, PA, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot.

A son of the late Mervin Edgar Schall and Ivy Marie (Umbaugh) Schall, he was born September 23, 1933, in Raeburn Twp., Armstrong Co., PA.

Bobby had been employed as a scheduler with the Allegheny Ludlum Steel, West Leechburg Works for 43 ½ years before retiring in 1995.  He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Leechburg and the NRA.  He enjoyed hunting, traveling, playing golf, telling jokes and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Marlene D. (Glass) Schall of West Leechburg, PA; a son, Bobby M. Schall Jr. (Bonnie) of Leechburg, PA; a daughter, Kim Kowalski (Ray) of New Kensington, PA; five grandchildren, Missy Newell (Nate), Mandy Suchevich (Erik), Jenna Nemet (Cullan), Breanna Schall, Jason Schall; three great-grandchildren, Paxton, Clara and Lily.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Edgar “Moe” Schall.

Friends welcomed by his family on Friday, December 29, 2017 from 3-7 PM at Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main Street, Leechburg (724-842-1051) followed by funeral ceremonies beginning at 7 PM at the funeral home with the Reverend Jerrad R. Peterman officiating.  Interment will be private at the convenience of his family.
